Spring like a deer, one scrounging for lush leaves!
Is that not something you adored to do
When your heart learnt what brought my charmed soul to
You was a force that never weeps or grieves?
Feel feels felt when we were no less than thieves…
Like blooming flowers, we stole geeks, hearts too;
Whistling, beaming, we knew we would never rue
Even those times that pained us; what though heaves
With my soul now is yours bereft of pain;
A heave of joy that pleasures my soul!
Shoe your heart thus, encase it well to gain
Full sight, which when attained will make a roll
Of scenes we have beheld, some that would rain,
Slush on our souls that’ll again be made whole.
