Simona Venclovic

Ever since Hungarian poet Simona Venclovic was little, she's been drawn to reading. The moment she realised she could write, she started penning down her thoughts. Nevertheless, she didn't fully embrace writing until this year. At first, she was afraid to share her compositions with others out of fear of judgement. But something magical happened, something that destroyed her emotionally. That was when she felt writing could save her from the troubles she was going through. She can be contacted through her blog (darkblackpoet.tumblr.com).

Broken Times and Budapest

I haven’t seen you in a while, my friend.
But I still remember the time we’ve spent together;
Pictures of you are still vivid in my memory –
A part of my soul will always be there with you
