Triolets

Reigning and Feigning

Oh, he reigned in the field, fooling those watching him,
And he feigned innocence, made us believe his lies.
Doing away with ethics, he conned, on a whim;
Oh, he reigned in the field, fooling those watching him!
All he did want was to best, crush, attack, pain, trim;
Greatly trim each with whom broken were all the ties;
Oh, he reigned in the field, fooling those watching him,
And he feigned innocence, made us believe his lies.
